本文利用ANSYS Workbench 12.0 有限元素分析軟體,對撈魚網承受固定魚獲負載下進行相關的應力分析,其中撈魚網的模型包含有: 撈網環、圓形薄壁握桿及圓形薄壁接頭,而所考慮的四種不同魚獲負載分別為5、10、15及25KG。分析結果顯示,本文所選用的尺寸進行模擬所求得最大應力皆小於降伏服應力。
接著本文利用Pro/Engineer繪圖軟體,對撈魚網進行秤重及長度量測機構的設計,其中兩種秤重的機構分別為:(1)利用握桿中的拉伸彈簧的拉伸量,直接量測魚獲重量的機構,(2)利用握桿中的位移感測器所測得的位移,計算後求得魚獲的重量。至於魚獲長度量測機構的設計,係針對頂部握把加入伸縮捲尺及渦捲彈簧的機構,當捲尺拉出時可對魚獲進行長度量測,而當放鬆捲尺時,渦捲彈簧彈力便將捲尺回縮。
In this thesis, the ANSYS Workbench 12.0 finite element analysis software is used to analyze the related stress for the fishing net under the fixed load of fish. The model of the fishing net includes: the fishing net ring, round thin-walled grips and round thin-walled connectors. Four different loads of fish are considered in this study, which are 5, 10, 15 and 25KG, respectively. It has been found from analysis result that the simulated maximum stresses of the selected sizes are less than the yield stress.
Next, the Pro/Engineer graphic software is used for designing the weigh and length measuring mechanisms of the fishing net. There are two weigh measuring mechanisms, which are: (1) the mechanism by using the elongation of the tensile spring in the grip to measure the weight of the fish, and (2) the mechanism by using the displacement detected by the displacement sensor in the grip to calculate the weight of the fish. As for the design mechanism for measuring the fish length, the top of the grip is added a flexible rolled ruler and a scroll spring. Once the rolled ruler is pulled out, the length of the fish can be measured. If the rolled ruler loosens, the tension in the scroll spring retracts the rolled ruler.
