隨著全球住宅室內裝修市場的快速增長,特別是在疫情後,消費者對居住環境的要求日益增加。傳統的室內裝修設計過程中,業主與設計師之間的溝通常因業主缺乏3D概念而受到限制,導致設計結果難以完全滿足業主需求。此外,現有的3D模型和影片雖能幫助業主理解設計,但效果仍有限。虛擬實境技術的發展為室內設計提供了新的展示和互動方式,使設計更為直觀和人性化。然而,VR技術的應用仍面臨設備昂貴、技術複雜以及跨平台資料轉換等挑戰。
本研究首先透過問題陳述與文獻回顧,解析現行室內裝修的需求與限制,分析目前室內裝修的流程及常見問題,並提出改進方法。其次,從業主與設計師的角度出發,解析建置沉浸式裝修體驗內容的需求。再者,利用 ChatGPT 提供設計建議,幫助業主生成符合需求的設計方案,以提升設計溝通效率。研究指出,生成式 AI 能快速生成多種設計概念,幫助設計師在初期階段做出更為創新和高效的設計決策。此外,生成式 AI 還可根據用戶的反饋進行方案優化,提高設計的精確性和滿足度。
在 BIM 建模過程中應用 ChatGPT 分析建模邏輯,快速建立 3D 模型並轉換至虛擬實境中使用。BIM 技術提供了一個整合建築生命週期中各階段資訊的平台,與 AI 的結合能顯著提高設計和施工的效率。本研究選擇廚房裝修設計作為案例,建立一套適用於裝修設計的流程,並結合 BIM 與 VR 技術,開發出沉浸式互動環境供使用者體驗。研究結果顯示,生成式 AI 能有效提高設計效率,並改善業主與設計師之間的溝通效果,為未來的室內裝修設計提供了新的解決方案。
With the rapid growth of the global residential interior design market, particularly post-pandemic, consumer demands for living environments have increased significantly. In traditional interior design processes, communication between homeowners and designers is often hampered by homeowners' lack of 3D conceptualization, resulting in designs that do not fully meet their needs. Although existing 3D models and videos can help homeowners understand designs, their effectiveness is still limited. The development of virtual reality (VR) technology offers new ways for presentation and interaction in interior design, making the design process more intuitive and user-friendly. However, the application of VR technology faces challenges such as expensive equipment, technical complexity, and cross-platform data conversion issues.
This study first analyzes the current needs and limitations of interior design through literature review and expert interviews, examining the existing processes and common problems in interior design, and proposing improvement methods. Secondly, from the perspectives of homeowners and designers, it analyzes the requirements for creating immersive renovation experiences. Furthermore, by utilizing ChatGPT to provide design suggestions, the study assists homeowners in generating design plans that meet their needs, thus enhancing the efficiency of design communication. The research indicates that generative AI can quickly generate various design concepts, helping designers make more innovative and efficient decisions in the early stages. Additionally, generative AI can optimize design plans based on user feedback, improving design accuracy and satisfaction.
In the BIM modeling process, ChatGPT is used to analyze the modeling logic, quickly establishing 3D models and converting them for use in virtual reality. BIM technology provides a platform that integrates information from all stages of the building lifecycle, and its combination with AI can significantly enhance design and construction efficiency. This study selects kitchen renovation design as a case study, establishing a suitable design process and integrating BIM and VR technologies to develop an immersive interactive environment for users. The results show that generative AI can effectively improve design efficiency and enhance communication between homeowners and designers, offering new solutions for the future of interior design.
