面對鄉村經濟滯後和人口高齡化的嚴峻挑戰，中國政府制定了鄉村振興戰略，旨在推動鄉村地區的綜合發展。在這一策略中，產業興旺被視為關鍵基石。各地結合村落自身的資源優勢，積極推行以「主導產業」為核心的產業導向型鄉村規劃，以實現鄉村經濟的快速增長。鄉村振興規劃的實施，促進了鄉村物質環境的改善和社會結構的調整。這些變化直接影響了當地老年人的社會關係和參與程度，進而影響其社會融合度與健康福祉。
在此背景下，本研究提出了以下關鍵問題：首先，鄉村老年人的社會融合度的現狀如何？其次，產業導向型規劃實施後對鄉村環境和老年人社會融合度的影響如何？可能的影響因素是什麼？第三，在不同主導型產業規劃背景下，老年人社會融合度是否存在差異？
本研究通過文獻回顧了鄉村振興戰略以及產業導向型規劃的分類，建構出中國鄉村老年人之社會融合的研究框架與評估項目。隨後採用問卷調查對福建閩東沿海不同主導產業規劃實施下代表性村落中的老年人進行實證研究。透過對個人社經背景、社會融合度量表展開一手資料蒐集，並結合手機信令數據進行GIS熱力圖分析，評估不同產業導向型規劃背景下鄉村老年人融合度之現況、政策介入前後之變化及影響機制，最後提出針對性的提升鄉村老人社會融合度之治理策略回饋。
本研究得出如下主要結論：第一，鄉村產業振興規劃的實施間接促進了鄉村老年人的社會融合度。第二，不同主導產業發展背景下，老年人的社會融合度水準存在差異。第三，當前鄉村老年人社會融合度整體水準較低，尤其在經濟和社會參與方面。第四，鄉村老年人社會融合度受個體因素和環境因素的綜合影響。其中受教育程度、健康狀況、鄉村公共空間和基礎設施滿意度對老年人社會融合度有顯著正面影響，而年齡則對融合度產生負面影響，男性的社會融合度普遍高於女性。
基於以上分析，本文提出產業導向型鄉村振興規劃的實施在一定程度上促進了在地老人社會參與與關係網絡，但也可能會因為新興產業導入而裂解既有社會網絡與衝擊支持系統等造成負面影響，綜觀未來的人口結構質量仍趨向高齡少子化，未來的鄉村仍不可避免的會以老人為主要人口，因此更需要以人為本的角度，從產業規劃、人居環境、社會互動以及政策引導多個維度進行綜合治理，才能更有效地促進老年人的社會融合度。

Facing the serious challenges of lagging rural economy and aging population, the Chinese government has formulated a Rural Revitalization Strategy, aimed at promoting comprehensive development in rural areas. Within this strategy, industrial prosperity is regarded as a crucial cornerstone. Various regions actively implement industry-oriented rural planning centered on "leading industries," leveraging their own resource advantages to achieve rapid economic growth in rural areas. The implementation of rural revitalization planning has facilitated improvements in the material environment and adjustments in the social structure of villages. These changes directly affect the social relationships and participation levels of local elderly residents, subsequently influencing their social integration and well-being.
This study reviews the Rural Revitalization Strategy and the classification of leading industry planning through literature, constructing relevant dimensions of social integration for elderly residents in rural China. Subsequently, an empirical study is conducted through surveys of elderly individuals in representative villages along the eastern coastal areas of Fujian province, which have implemented different leading industry plans. By collecting primary data on socio-economic backgrounds and social integration scales, and combining mobile signaling data for GIS heatmap analysis, the study assesses the status, differences, and mechanisms affecting social integration among rural elderly residents under different industry-oriented planning contexts, ultimately proposing targeted policy recommendations.
The results indicate that the overall level of social integration among rural elderly populations remains relatively low, particularly in economic and social participation dimensions. The implementation of industry-oriented rural revitalization planning has partially enhanced the social integration of local elderly populations but has also introduced certain negative impacts. In the future, rural development must adopt a multi-dimensional approach that integrates industry planning, living environment improvement, social interaction, and policy guidance to more effectively promote the social integration of the elderly.
