近幾年傳統製造業代工已經是少量多樣的生產模式,高人事成本、原物料上漲以及中心廠每年實施的降低成本,使得在目前競爭激烈的大環境中,傳統代工產業的生存,顯得非常艱困,如何讓企業有競爭力,公司的策略是否正確,就要有一套績效評估標準。本研究除了探討是否可以利用平衡計分卡來檢視企業的策略方向正確以及利用在企業績效評估之可行性外,另外探討設計的衡量項目,是否適合代工製造業作為員工績效。
In recent years, the traditional original equipment manufacturing has been converted into the small-volume and large-variety production model. Nevertheless, the high personnel expenses, the increasing price of raw materials and intensive cost controll make the manufacturers face high difficulty to compete globally. To maintain the competitive advantage an appropriate performance evaluation is critical to these firms. This study intends to construct an evaluation system using the Balance Score Card method for a tradition OEM company to check up if the direction of corporate strategy is appropriate and to test the feasibility of the evaluation system. The evaluation system is also intended to review the employee compensation policy .
