  •   機場跑道常常會發生誤闖意外而導致重大傷亡,不但乘客生命受到威脅,機場營運亦會因此受阻而造成經濟上的損失。然而,並非所有機場都能利用昂貴的雷達系統去監視地面交通以保安全。有見及此,本論文提出利用無線通訊技術G3來監視機場地面上移動物體的位置。G3是一個整合定位(GPS),通訊(GPRS)及大地資訊系統(GIS)等技術來達到監視目的的數據監視系統。論文中描述系統獲取移動物體位置的運作過程和利用數學方法計出物體位置並將其投影於機場平面圖形上而達到監視效果的方法。研究的實驗結果會顯示出由GPS及數學方法所造成的位置誤差和在機場上執行監視移動物體的效果,從而找出需要改進的事項。

      Runway incursion is a hidden danger of the airport operations which can be hazardous to the life in vehicles operating on the airport and economic benefits. However, not all the airports can support the cost radar system to enhance the safety of airport surface movement. This thesis introduces a method to survey the airport surface movement by using the mobile communication technology - G3 data surveillance system. G3 is a system that integrates navigation (GPS), telecommunication (GPRS) and geodetic information (GIS) to achieve the monitoring effect. This thesis writes about the operations that G3 obtains the positional data of a mobile object and the mechanism of surveillance by introducing a mathematical model of evaluating the mobile object location and the way of mapping the object on an airport image. In the research, experiment reveals the error caused by the GPS and the mathematical model and the result of the surveillance of mobile object on an airport in order to conclude the issues that have to be improved.
