  •   共同基金透過基金經理人的操作,衍生出個別基金所特有的基金行為,包含了績效、風險、規模和週轉率。本文嘗試由基金經理人的性別、年齡、經歷與學歷等個人屬性角度切入,探討基金週轉率和基金經理人之間是否存在著某些程度的關聯性,企盼透過非風險因素的探討,增加投資人選取基金的思考構面。本研究所採用的樣本資料,為『中華民國證券投資信託暨顧問商業同業公會』及各大投信網站於所提供各基金週轉率及基金經理人資料。研究期間為民國九十年一月至民國九十二年十二月,共三年,經過資料篩選後,本研究得到69支基金之經理人樣本。研究方法則採用單因子變異數分析及 t 統計方法,以進行實證分析。並利用迴歸分析來預測經理人個人屬性是否能預測基金週轉率。實證發現,年齡大於30歲基金經理人其基金週轉率顯著高於年齡小於30歲基金經理人。本研究也發現年資低於20年之經理人其基金週轉率比年資大於20年高。此外,基金經理人性別與學歷的不同造成基金週轉率的差異,和先前周哲旭(民國87)、周宜璉(民國89年)及劉濠葦(民國89年)的研究結論不同。

      Once fund managers have to face fund performance and profession challenge, the managers procured the fund behavior. This research begins from the qualities of mutual fund manager. I’ll discuss the influence that the turnover rate, fund manager age, sex, schooling record and experiences would have on its achievement. Hoping through these different sides of thinking would provide a direction for investors when choosing Mutual fund. Using the monthly data after Taiwan financial crisis and web of domestic investment trust companies from January 2001 to December 2003, we sift through the whole information in the three years, and used one way ANOVA and t test. Then we adopted the multiple regression analysis to estimate the coefficient. We found that there is significant relationship between age/experience/sexuality/ education level, and turnover rate.
