  • 本論文之目的為針對汽車自動變速箱所使用之行星齒輪系,提出一套設計流程,有系統地經由合成複式行星齒輪系、檔位設計與齒數設計,尋找出可用之七速自動變速箱。在行星齒輪系的構造合成方面,以單一複式行星齒輪,或一個單式行星齒輪搭配一個復式行星齒輪為基礎,再依序安排太陽齒輪與環齒輪,產生九桿以下,含一個復式行星齒輪之所有行星齒輪系。接著,將各個行星齒輪系,找出指定不同輸出桿時的所有操作類型,製作操作分類表,並進行運動分析,據以產生所有不造成桿件干涉的離合連續檔位順序,達到檔位設計之目的。而齒數設計方面,首先依照待分析之所有行星齒輪系桿件之聯集,產生所有可能的齒數組合;再將其代入所有離合連續檔位順序中,與目標減速比比對,得到四個七速自動變速箱設計。

    This study presents a systematic algorithm to synthesize the feasible configurations of seven-speed automatic transmissions from compound planetary gear trains with two degrees of freedom and nine links. The algorithm includes the structural synthesis, kinematic analysis, clutching sequence synthesis, and teeth number design of compound planetary gear trains for automatic transmissions. According to the required specifications, a structural synthesis algorithm is applied to enumerate all non-isomorphic compound planetary gear trains with nine links. The possible clutching sequences with seven speeds are obtained through the kinematic analysis of each gear train. Clutches are then equipped with the gear trains to from the feasible seven-speed automatic transmissions. Finally, a two-stage approach is proposed to synthesize the teeth number of each gear train satisfying the specified speed ratios. Four configurations of seven-speed automatic transmissions are then obtained.
