本文從輔導現場出發,探討輔導個案與非輔導個案在自我評估上是否有差異,進一步比較在道德情境反應及道德疏離機制之認同。本研究使用滾雪球方式蒐集樣本,有效樣本共計905份(有輔導166份、無輔導739份,採「認知反應測驗」為自我評估媒介工具,依「友善校園之人權指標」設計道德情境,後結合道德疏離機制量表。所得資料以描述統計與差異考驗進行統計分析。
研究結果顯示:1)自我評估:輔導個案自我評估高估程度高於非個案。2)自編十種道德情境反應:輔導個案反應皆低於非個案,其中有6種情境達顯著差異;高估者反應皆高於非高估者,其中有3組達顯著差異。3)五種道德疏離機制策略:高估者皆低於無高估者,其中三種達顯著差異;個案與非個案五種策略未達顯著。最後,本研究根據研究結果進行討論,提出輔導及未來研究上之建議。
This study examines the differences between the students who received guidance (clients) and those who did not (ordinary students) in their self-appraisal and compares their moral disengagement and moral behavior. Snowball sampling was used to recruit participants and questionnaires which consisted of “Cognitive Reflection Test,” moral situations, and “Moral Disengagement Scale” were subsequently conducted, yielding 905 valid questionnaires (166 clients and 739 ordinary students). Descriptive analysis, the chi-square test and t-test were further used to analyze the data. The results showed that (1) clients self-appraised more excessively than did ordinary students; (2) For the part of 10 moral situations: clients exhibited significantly lower than did ordinary students in six moral situations; overconfident students exhibited significantly higher than did non-overconfident students in three moral situations; (3) For the part of five moral disengagement: overconfident students exhibited significantly lower than did non-overconfident students in three disengagement strategies; however, clients and ordinary students did not exhibited differently in five moral disengagement. Based on the above results, suggestions for guidance practice and future study are made.
