協同合作式的電子診斷功能將可符合半導體機台未來同步診斷及維修的需求,因此,依據International SEMATECH在e-Diagnostics guidebook中所述之協同式電子診斷功能的建議,本研究發展了一個具備多端協同合作能力之安全網路式診斷架構(A Secure e-Diagnostics Framework with the Capability of Supporting Multiple-Party Collaboration, SCDF)。
SCDF 架構可以使得半導體工廠(Semiconductor Factory)擁有自我監控機台狀態、同步診斷與修護、預測保養、協同診斷等功能。我們利用物件導向技術進行SCDF 的開發,特別地,具有整合異質平台間資料能力的網路服務(Web Services)技術被用來建構系統的通訊基礎建設
(Infrastructure)。同時,我們應用許多措施如統一安全認證服務、XML簽章、XML加密等,以加強系統在網際網路上運作的資訊安全。
SCDF 具有許多在多端協同診斷上必備的功能與機制,包括遠端專家的協同診斷、接管診斷的遠端委派、遠端協同診斷及廠內多端診斷之失效取代機制等。我們相信SCDF 不僅可以應用在半導體產業,亦可以應用在其他高科技產業(如TFT-LCD),以有效地提高生產機台的使用效能(Effectiveness)與可用率(Availability)。
Collaborative e-Diagnostics functions will meet the requirements of future synchronous diagnosis and maintenance for semiconductor equipment. Therefore, according to the suggestions of collaborative e-Diagnostics functions described in the e-Diagnostics guidebook of International SEMATECH, this research develops a secure e-Diagnostics framework with the capability of supporting multiple-party collaboration, called SCDF.
SCDF can enable semiconductor factories to possess a variety of functions, such as self-monitoring of equipment statuses, synchronous diagnosis and repair, predictive maintenance, and collaborative diagnostics. We use object-oriented technologies to develop SCDF. In particular, Web Services, which are capable of integrating data among heterogeneous platforms, are used to establish the communication infrastructure for the system. Also, we apply several measures, such as a unified security-authentication service, XML signature, XML encryption, etc., to enhance the information security of the system operating on Internet. SCDF possesses various essential functions for diagnostics through multiple-party collaboration, which including collaborative diagnosis of remote experts, remote delegation for taking over control of diagnostics, and substitution mechanism in the failures of the remote collaborative diagnosis and the local multiple-party diagnosis. It is believed that SCDF can be applied in not only semiconductor industry but also other high-tech industry, such as TFT-LCD, to increase the effectiveness and availability of the production equipment.
