  • 本研究之主要目的在於探討定期海運業組織學習對績效的影響,學習型組織主要包括:學習領導力、學習環境與學習方法。本研究利用結構方程模式分析定期海運公司學習領導力、學習環境與學習方法對績效的影響,結果發現「學習領導力」對「學習環境」有正向的影響,並進而影響到「績效」;「學習領導力」對「學習方法」有正向的影響關係,進而影響到「績效」,但「學習領導力」對「績效」有正向影響關係的假設,在本研究中並沒有得到驗證支持,根據此結果可知「學習環境」和「學習方法」為「學習領導力」影響「績效」的中介效果。最後,本研究根據結果提出相關之建議,以供定期海運業者作為提升組織學習策略之參考。

    The objective of this study is to evaluate the effects of organizational learning on the performance in liner shipping. Three dimensions of organizational learning were identified, namely, leadership behavior, learning environment and concrete learning practice.
    A structural equation modeling (SEM) approach was employed to examine the relationships between these three dimensions and firm performance. Results indicated that organizational learning leadership had a positive effect on learning environment, whereas learning environment had a positive influence on performance. In addition, organizational learning leadership had a positive effect on concrete learning practice, concrete learning practice also had a positive influence on performance. However, the impact of organizational learning leadership on performance was not supported in this study. Practical implications of the research findings on improving organizational learning are discussed in this research.
