庫存管控在公司的管理指標中,佔了極其重要的一部分,未加以管控的庫存,容易造成額外的庫存成本,也會影響公司在金額上的週轉,庫存水位的高低與物料的訂購批量有著密不可分的關係,依照區間內的使用量以及各項相關成本可定義出符合需求的訂購批量,由訂購批量的設定來對於庫存水準進行管理與監控,良好的訂購批量設定,能依照預測值在週期時間內用完,避免庫存水位的增加,在實務面,倉庫的存貨空間以及大量訂購產品時所產生的折扣也會對於訂購批量的設定有所影響,在倉儲空間的限制之下,決策者會考慮到所制定的購買批量的上限,若再加入購買時的折扣優惠因素,會讓決策者對於購買批量的下限值加以考量,避免為了滿足批量折扣而購買入的數量過多造成倉儲空間的不足進而提高了其他的成本,有別於過往的研究,本次研究以訂購批量為主體,將倉庫存貨空間的限制設定為固定成本,建立一組間斷式跳升的模型並搭配批量購買時所產生的折扣,探討多樣產品在不同條件限制之下的總成本比較,提供管理者一種更快速且能考量多種的情境差異之比較的訂購決策方法,在以自有倉儲空間為限制的情境中,因為儲物空間已固定,購買量與總成本的變化較小,當自有倉儲空間能滿足最佳訂購量時,就可以最佳訂購量進行購買,若無法滿足,則等比例降低訂購數量直到自有倉儲空間能滿足為止;在購買量固定為最佳訂購批量的情境中,管理者在最佳訂購量所需要的儲物空間大於自有儲物空間時,需要計算租賃外部空間後的成本並以租賃外部倉儲空間做為決策方式;產品折扣的情境中,有足夠的儲物空間,對於折扣的考量會較為明顯,管理者需計算出最適訂購批量相對應的總成本,並比較租賃外部倉儲空間與否以及提高購買量至折扣條件後的總成本,若享有折扣優惠時的訂購量能取得較低的總成本,則以提高購買量的方案做為決策。
Inventory control holds a crucial part in the management indicator of a company, a bad or not well control inventory could cause additional cost to the company, it can also affect company’s turnover. The inventory amount to material is closely related to the order of batch quantity. Follow by the interval uses amount and the various costs, the order quantity that meets the needs can be defined.The inventory level is managed and monitored by the order batch quantity setting, well manage order batch quantity setting is able to follow by predictive value to use up within cycle time, to avoid inventory level overstock. This study shows the difference from previous research, the research is based on the order-quantity-oriented, to set the limitation of inventory space for the warehouse as a fixed cost, to build a set of intermittent-promoted patterns and to coordinate quantity the discounts generated when buying in bulk, to discuss various products under different conditions its comparison of total costs.
