本研究乃是探討台灣科技業員工之人格特質與工作價值觀對於工作滿意與工作績效之影響。透過紙本問卷調查收集資料,共回收256份有效問卷,並進一步以統計分析,採用結構方程方法(SEM)來衡量人格特質、工作價值觀對工作滿意度與工作績效的影響。研究結果如下:員工人格特質與工作價值觀對工作滿意有正向且顯著的影響,而進一步提升工作績效。而員工人格特質對於工作價值觀也有顯著影響。本研究提供了企業一個重要的觀念,員工的人格特質與工作價值觀皆會直接或間接地影響其工作滿意與工作績效,因此,建議企業在人才甄選的過程中,得適當輔以性向測驗,以得知員工之人格特質傾向與工作價值觀。
The purpose of this study is to investigate the impacts of workers’ personal traits and work values on job satisfaction and performance. This study adopted questionnaire survey to obtain data. Two hundred and fifty six valid questionnaires are used for statistical analysis. Structural equation modeling (SEM) was used to investigate the impact of personal traits and work values on job satisfaction and job performance. The study concluded the following results. Personal traits and work values will positively and significantly increase job satisfaction, and, in turn, increase job performance. As a result, this study provides the corporation an important perception that workers’ personal traits and work values will directly or indirectly effect job satisfaction and job performance. So, this study suggests that the corporations should recruit new employees through an appropriate aptitude test to know the workers’ personal traits and work values.
