  • 本研究目的在調查歐美、東南亞地區的台灣製造業物流服務的需求,以填答者對物流服務屬性的重要性認知作為市場區隔的基礎,經由因素分析後,萃取出「附加價值服務」、「資訊技術服務」、「運輸與倉儲服務」、「整合系統服務」、「進出口貨物拆併服務」與「支援性服務」等六個服務因素,並以集群分析,將填答者分成四群,分別命名為「資訊服務重視群」、「運輸與附加價值服務重視群」、「貨物拆併重視群」與「整合系統及支援性服務重視群」。
    研究結果發現,歐洲地區台灣製造業者最重視的前五項物流服務為「報關服務」、「資訊系統服務」、「保險服務」、「貨物檢驗」與「貨物儲存與保管」;美國地區台灣製造業者最重視的前五項物流服務分別為「資訊系統服務」、「報關服務」、「貨物追蹤」、「貨物檢驗」與「顧客整合系統」;而東南亞地區台灣製造業者最重視前五項物流服務分別為「資訊系統服務」、「報關服務」、「貨物追蹤」、「貨物檢驗」與「貨物儲存與保管」;研究結果並發現不同地區的台灣製造業者對於許多物流服務滿意程度認知上有顯著性的差異,此研究結果可提供給國內物流業者進入海外物流市場之參考。

    This research seeks to investigate logistics services requirements in Europe, America, and South East Asia from a Taiwanese manufacturer’s perspective. Six factors are extracted from the 33 logistics service attributes based on a factor analysis. These six factors were identified as value-added services, transportation and warehousing services, integration system services, consolidation services, and support services. These service factors were used to classify respondents into four segments, namely, information service oriented firms, transportation and added value services oriented firms, consolidation and storage services oriented firms, and integration system and supportive services oriented firms.

    Results indicated that respondents in European area perceived that the most five important logistics services attributes were customs brokerage, information system services, insurance services, cargo inspection and cargo storage, whereas respondents in America area perceived that the most five important logistics services attributes were information system services, customs brokerage, cargo tracking and tracing, cargo inspection and customer integration system. In addition, respondents in South East Asia area perceived that the most five important logistics services attributes were information system services, customs brokerage, cargo tracking and tracing, cargo inspection and cargo storage.

    The results also indicated that respondents’ perceptions of satisfaction level of logistics services attributes were found to significantly differ between Europe, America and South East Asia. The theoretical and practical implications of the findings on logistics services market for international logistics companies are discussed.
