本研究探討企業社會績效對於組織人才吸引力,及其求職意圖的影響。研究方法採用問卷調查,且研究對象為即將踏入職場之應屆畢業生及具職場經驗之上班族,有效問卷150份,學生族群80份,上班族70份。結果顯示企業社會績效下之構面中:員工關係、環境議題、社區關係、組織弱勢與多元性在兩個族群當中皆與組織人才吸引力有顯著正向關係,組織人才吸引力與求職者應徵意圖也同樣具有顯著正向關係,而組織人才吸引力在企業社會績效與求職者應徵意圖中扮演完全中介之效果。
The objective of this study is to investigate the relationship between Corporate Social Performance (CSP), Organizational Attractiveness, and Job Pursuit Intention. SPSS 20 was used to analyze the collected data. The results show that the items of CSP: employee relation, concern of environment, community relation, treatment of women and minority/diversity has positive relationship with organizational attractiveness; organizational attractiveness and job pursuit intention also have positive relation. In addition, organizational attractiveness has full mediate effect between CSP and job pursuit intention. According to the results, there are some principal conclusions and implications to consider:
1.CSP significantly increase organizational attractiveness. This means, corporation can involve more issues related to their stakeholders, gain sights on how to improve their CSP, to attract more applicants.
2.Organizational attractiveness plays the role as full mediation between CSP and job pursuit intention. The result implicate that only with well CSP may not make job seekers to have job pursuit intention, they need to feel attracted or their value is similar to organization, then they will have next step, search more information about organization or have interview.
