大學裡的實驗室是學校裡產生新知識、激盪新概念的重要場域,面對教育方法的轉變,無論是基礎科學的貢獻,抑或是應用技術的開發,實驗室應以知識連續性為重點,注重知識保存與傳承,提升經營管理績效,才能迎接挑戰。為改善台灣教育傳統之被動學習方式,諸多前人研究均指出專案導向式學習能將師生連結在一起,讓學生得到更好、更深入的學習。實驗室研究專案很多,需要一套完整的管理機制來輔助進行專案管理;再者學校裡也有許多課程有安排實驗性質、專案性質等動手做的環節,也需要資通訊工具的輔助以提升學習成效;我們認為不管是實驗室或課程中有動手做專案性質的課程,我們都可以試著去導入資通訊工具進行輔助。因此,本論文研究目的有二個,其一是將資通訊輔助專案導向學習模式導入於「資料庫系統」選修課程,進而規畫「專案管理平台」;其二是導入「專案管理平台」於研究生為主體之實驗室後,對專案開發之幫助與成效。本研究發現,導入專案導向式學習模式後,可以得到正面效益:包括同儕激勵、互動溝通、腦力激盪、專業分工、責任感、提升自我價值,但是在進行過程中也存在一些負面效益:包括學生需要時間適應新的學習方式、遇到瓶頸時不敢請求支援、遇到同儕不配合,無所適從;最後,對未來參與學生也提供一些學習建議:包括須更積極參與合作專案、須更頻繁使用「專案管理平台」、遇到瓶頸阻礙時,須提早反應以利教師協助。
The laboratory in the university is an important field for producing new knowledge and stimulating new concepts in the school. Faced with the transformation of educational methods, whether it is the contribution of basic science or the development of applied technology, the laboratory should focus on knowledge continuity, knowledge preservation and inheritance, and improve the management performance to meet the challenge. In order to improve the traditional passive learning style of education in Taiwan, many researchers have revealed that project-oriented learning can connect teachers and students together, letting students get better and deeper study.
There are many research projects in laboratories, so a complete management mechanism is really needed to assist them in project management. In addition, there are many courses in the school that have experimental and project-based sessions that require the assistance of information and communication tools to enhance learning effectiveness.
We believe that no matter whether it is a project in the laboratory or a hands-on project in the course, we can try to import ICT-assisted PBL. There are two research purposes in this thesis. One is to import ICT-assisted PBL into hands-on project-based courses and plan the project management platform. The other is to discuss the effectiveness of the implementation of the laboratory into the project management platform for project development.
The results of this research show many benefits:including peer motivation, communication, brainstorming, professional division of labor, sense of responsibility, and self-worth enhancement, but there are also some negative problem: including student needs Time to adapt to new learning methods,don't ask for support when encountering bottlenecks, encounter peers not cooperating, and at a loss; finally, provide some learning suggestions for future students: including more active participation in cooperative projects and more frequent use of "projects Management System", and it is necessary to ask teachers' help.
