過去多溶質批次用水網路的設計方式是基於數學規劃模式在計算上往往會遇到收斂困難。在本研究中,我們使用較簡便的手工方式設計,此外也考慮加入廢水處理單元,並歸納出完整的設計步驟,最後用文獻上之數學規劃模式設計結果與本研究中手工方法設計最少新鮮水用量比較,我們發現兩者的新鮮水用量幾乎相同,且利用手工方法設計的水網路較簡單。
In the past, design of batch water network emphasize mathematical technique. But the calculation is difficult.In our research, we use simply insight-based technique design batch water-using system with multi-contaminants for water minimization.Beside, adding regeneration unit in system for water minimization is regarded. And the design steps have been induced. Finally, we compare the designing result using mathematical technique in literature with that using insight-based technique in our research. The result is almostly the same, but the water network by insight-based technique is simpler.
