近期疫情狀況受到控制後，旅客人數有明顯增加的趨勢，全球各大航空公司都開始將飛機接二連三地從地面飛出機場，因此飛機修護也就相對的重要，每一趟飛行都是需要講求飛行安全。若今天修護人員只是草率地維修，沒有將飛機所提供的故障代碼給認真去理解，且給予排除的話是否會造成嚴重的空難事件呢?本研究的主要目的是透過Dirty Dozen十二項易犯錯的原因來探討所發生的實際空難案例，並提出哪些方法能夠預防、改善錯誤的發生，將錯誤降到最低且事故不再發生的可能性來做探討，且希望透過這樣的研究能夠使飛行安全增加，使人為因素降低能夠讓航空公司維修上大幅度降低成本。

There has been a significant increase in the number of passengers recently after the epidemic situation has been brought under control, and major airlines around the world have begun to fly out of the airport continuously, so aircraft maintenance is relatively important. Every flight requires flight safety. If the maintenance personnel just made hasty repairs or ignore the fault codes from cockpits, will it cause a serious air crash?Therefore, the main purpose of this study is to explore real air accidents through the twelve common causes of Dirty Dozen mistakes. Continuous improvement process will be proposed. The research discusses error minimization and the possibility that similar faults should not be happened again. Flight safety can be increased, and human factors can significantly reduce airline maintenance costs through the research.
