輪胎的研究與技術發展至今,廣泛應用於製程與設計上。其中橡膠材料是輪胎構成的主要材料之一,其黏彈性質所造成的遲滯現象會使得輪胎在高速行駛時,釋放動能造成輪胎內部溫度升高。本文研究主要即針對遲滯現象所造成的升溫問題進行研究,來瞭解充氣輪胎動態滾動時的行為。
而在本文的研究中,作者提出與發展一套有效的方法去評估充氣輪胎在不同車速、充氣壓力、荷重等參數條件下,由遲滯效應所造成輪胎內部的高溫情形。利用此方式簡化了複雜的力學行為,並有效的預測與計算出輪胎在高速行駛時,輪胎內部可能產生的溫度。
本文內容首先對充氣輪胎的基本構造、輪胎製程與規格、以及基本輪胎力學與理論背景作簡介。接著在本研究過程中利用動態機械分析儀(DMA)對胎用橡膠材料作實驗,分析橡膠材料在不同頻率與溫度下的黏彈性質與遲滯係數。並使用有限元素法軟體ANSYS模擬輪胎動態時的滾動行為,藉以分析輪胎不同速度、荷重、充氣壓力下因遲滯現象所造成的升溫問題,進而探討輪胎在滾動時內壁與外壁的溫度差。
The research and development of tires are wildly apply to manufacture and design. Rubber is the main material of tire, and the hysteresis is produced from the viscoelastic of rubber. The purpose of this investigation is study the hysteresis and the temperature raise phenomenon of rolling tire.
In this investigation provides an effective method to estimate the temperature distribution at different speed, pneumatic pressure, and loading. This method simplifies complex mechanics and predicts the temperature at inner and outer surface of tire.
First, this article introduces the basis structure, manufacture, standard, and mechanics of tire. Then in this investigation use the dynamic mechanical analyzer(DMA)to measure loss tangent and hysteresis ratio of rubber at different temperature and frequency. The temperature prediction of tire at different speed, pneumatic pressure, loading use the finite element method software ANSYS. Finally discussing the temperature distribution at inner and outer surface of tire.
