近年來,台灣面臨數位環境之風潮,以「物聯網」、「人工智慧」、「大數據」等技術的出現為例,而以企業來說最為影響深遠,面對顧客之便利、快速、創新客製化的需求,企業需要提升研發能力及創新技術來支援及滿足顧客的期待;加上創客運動逐漸興起,相對企業來說,創客做起客製化產品的成功機會相比大企業來的容易許多,因此政府也開始重視這股創客力量,紛紛在各地創立創客自造基地,以協助產業界提升競爭能力及產品價值。而在連結企業與創客人才之間,需要溝通的中介橋樑,因此本研究主要以「MakerPRO自造達人社群媒體平台」為個案研究對象,研究目的旨在以價值共創理論觀點來探究台灣創客自造發展結合AI產業的實務情況,以及如何以價值主張串連所有利害關係人來共同創造新的集體價值,最後形成創客經濟服務生態圈,達到創客經濟互惠與自給自足的目標,以供未來相關領域研究參考。
本研究將透過質性研究的單一個案研究法,並以「MakerPRO自造達人社群媒體平台」為研究標的,藉由「價值共創」、「價值主張」及「服務生態圈」之理論基礎,分析「MakerPRO自造達人社群媒體平台創客經濟服務生態圈」之演化過程。
根據本研究結果發現,企業若想向外連結其利害關係人,需要先對各利害關係人進行「痛點」的釐清,再以此痛點進行串聯,並且建立明確之「價值主張」;透過「價值主張」來分析微觀、中觀及宏觀六大角色之共創歷程,經過持續調整及價值共創活動之進行,最後逐漸形成一「創客經濟服務生態圈」,達到集體最大價值。並且未來以此生態圈為核心運作,可以再吸引更多利害關係人的加入,茁壯其服務生態圈,並成為相關合作關係發展之範本。
Value co-creation has developed for years and become important in nowadays. It involves in the process of the stakeholders’ participation, resource integration, service exchange, and will gradually form a service ecosystem. Through the initial identification and connection with stakeholders’ pain points, enterprises could offer the value proposition to interact and coordinate. Under the perspective of value co-creation, what the stakeholders pursue are no longer individuals’ benefits, but the collective value. The purposes of this research are to explore the background of MakerPRO’s value co-creation activities with a multilevel perspective, revealing how value propositions shape of resource integration between stakeholders within micro, meso, and macro levels, and analyze Maker economy platform ecosystem process.
This research takes qualitative research method with a single case: MakerPRO, to discuss the maker economy platform ecosystem’s connection, interaction and integration among multiparty stakeholders in AI industry. The results of study explain the detailed processes about MakerPRO’s service ecosystem formation with continuous dynamic interaction and the adjustment of value proposition by the conceptual research framework designed by combining theories of value co-creation, value proposition and service ecosystem.
This study provides an understanding of value co-creation perspectives in maker economy platform ecosystem. It promotes how the ecosystem is built by the management of value proposition, the coordination with multi-stakeholders, and co-create the reciprocal service ecosystem.
