    • 近年來由於資訊科技的發展，網際網路及資訊技術被大量的使用在各個領域上，包含醫學資訊領域。藉由本研究能有效改善目前實證醫學教育中師生互動之缺失，建立一套教學平台，設計並實作多項協助教學機制，讓教師與學生藉此平台達到最佳的學習效果。
    本研究提出一套能真正創新實證醫學教學的線上互動式系統，此系統在設計上採用人機介面的原則，以引導式教學指導學生撰寫一份正確內容的報告，讓教師可進行一對多的線上報告閱改，學生亦可進行多次編輯，嵌入自動計算工具，使用電腦及網路的技術做成自動化的管理步驟，系統自動記錄進度及提醒教師與學生報告狀況，大幅減輕雙方聯繫上的負擔。學生在平台內不僅可瀏覽學習歷程，亦能隨時隨處擷取儲存分享完成的檔案。系統提供評估工具，讓學生自我評量是否瞭解所學習的內容，系統並提供資料探勘工具，讓教師及學生總觀學生學習記錄。

    Recently, due to the development of the information technology, internet and information techniques have been used in many application areas including medical applications. In this thesis, we try to improve the interactions between the instructors and students in the EBM training to enhance the learning efficiency and effectiveness.
    In this thesis, we develop an on-line interactive system to guide the students to write a correct report in an EBM training. The students can edit the related data and interact with the instructor through the system. The system also provide many tools to help the students and instructors to automatically manage, remind, share, and record the learning activities to off-load the students’ and instructors’ administrative load. It also has some tools for learning assessments and statistics.
