  • 四軸飛行器是ㄧ種新興的電子產品。它的運用性廣泛,可供改裝、掛載附加電子器材。較小型的四軸飛行器具有跟拍以及即時傳輸影像等功能
    ,趣味性十足。至於大型商用四軸飛行器,則擁有較好的性能,可以飛的較高,較快速。能夠利用加裝的攝影機進行較為專業的空中拍攝。在未來的商業發展潛力上,是相當被看好,相當有潛力的ㄧ項新產品。目前市面上的四軸飛行器滯空時間都不夠長久,並且載重能力也不夠大,導致目前除了空拍,空中攝影之外,其它的商業功能例如包裹配送、山川地形探勘、山洞勘查等等需要較長時間滯空能力的商業行為較難開展。且因其載重能力不夠高,因此也不能加掛更多、更複雜之附加器材。如果能夠改善現有的四軸飛行器之載重能力以及能源利用率,將能夠使得四軸飛行器具有更好的商業利用可行性。
    本研究旨在利用田口式品質設計方法,針對四軸飛行器的葉片進行重新設計,期待能改善大型四軸飛行器的升力以及效能,增加四軸飛行器的掛載能力以及能量使用。透過實驗架設的重新設計,有效的簡化葉片性能的量測過程,並使用田口式品質設計方法中的直交表配置葉片並量測之,提供往後改善葉片性能的變因方向。透過分析結果之後根據貢獻度以及趨勢,重新設計出了新葉片,並且針對現有的葉片以及新設計出來的葉片就葉片升力以及效能值做一系列的比較,最後得到一個升力以及滯空效能值都大幅改良的新型葉片。

    Quadcopter is a new kind of electronic product. Its widespread use of available modifications, mount additional electronic equipment. As for large commercial quadcopter, it has good performance about flying higher and faster. In the future business development potential, it is very promising products. Quadcopter currently is not good enough about still on the air and load capacity on the market. In addition to air photography, other business functions such as parcel distribution, mountains and terrain exploration, cave exploration, and such take longer flying time capacity is more difficult to carry out commercial activities. Its load capacity is also not high enough, therefore cannot add more complex of additional equipment. If we can improve the current carrying capacity of the quadcopter’s energy efficiency, we will be able to make quadcopter better commercial utilization feasibility.
    This study aims to use Taguchi quality design approach, redesign for the blades, looking forward to improve lift and flying performance, increase energy used and the ability to quadcopter. Through redesign experiments, we simplify the process of measuring the effective performance of the blade. By using Taguchi method of orthogonal table configuration to design quality of the blades and measurement. We wish it will help the future direction of the blade due to improved performance variant. After analyzing the results through a contribution based on trends, we redesigned a new blade. New blades designed to make a series of comparisons between the old one. We discover that lift and flying performance value was improved, finally get a substantial improvement of a new blade.
