近年來,電腦網際網路的發達與普遍,使客製化的產品設計過程中,縮短了設計師與顧客溝通所需的時間。本研究針對客製化之問題點進行改善,並沿用其優勢,讓客製化過程能更順利。應用品質機能展開之相關性矩陣確認顧客需求,導入模糊層級分析法演算出最佳候選方案。顧客只需在平台上輸入個人資料,使用下拉式選單選擇答案,回答一些關於客製化產品於功能需求和感性需求上的問題,便能迅速完成客製化的流程,看到最後系統所建議的最佳候選方案,若對此方案不滿意,也可以重新輸入需求,再讓系統進行評估,直到出現滿意的最佳候選方案。
In recent years, the internet is flourishing and widespread, shortenning the designer and customer in communication in the process of customization time. This research aims at the point in issue of the customization to carry on the improvement and follow with its advantage, making the process of customization smoother. The applied quality function deployment relativity matrix confirms the customer need, duct into the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process to calculate the best candidate for projecting. Construct the customization valuation system of the network platform, provide the customization service of the customer fleetness. Simplify the process of customization tedious decision, the customer only needs to feed personal data on the terrace, answering some concerning the product of customization in the problem of the function request and sensitivity request, complete the customization process quickly. Finally the system can suggest the best candidate plan, if the plan is regarding this unsatisfied may reinput, until appears the satisfactory best candidate plan.
