  • 由於需求不確定性與載具容量的限制,在供應鏈中的供應商可能會面臨到無法以最小運輸成本來輸送商品的問題,有些供應商會與第三方的物流產業合作來解決此問題,但本研究探討自身已擁有不同類型的載具可以運送商品,因此供應商如何將有限的載具容量以最小成本完成訂單的運送,並同時考量供應商與零售商雙方的利益下,找出一個能使零售商接受的協調機制是一重要課題。本研究考量供應鏈中包含單一供應商、單一零售商、單一產品與不同類型的載具,供應商擁有大型與小型容量的載具,其主要探討當零售商的需求未滿或超出供應商載具時,供應商該如何找出與零售商協調後最佳折扣的比率。本研究提出基於供應商與零售商訂定一合約,以及數量折扣策略的協調機制,來協調供應商與零售商之間的訂購量問題,透過分析討論數量折扣與不同類型載具組合,該如何提升供應商與零售商雙方的利潤,並與沒有協調機制的供應鏈做一比較,突顯在協調機制下,供應商與零售商的利潤均能有所提高。
    本研究所提出的數量折扣與載具組合策略的協調方式,期望可以使供應商與零售商雙方有更佳的利潤產出,希望透過數量折扣的方式促使零售商增加訂購量及利用不同載具的組合策略下,使得供應商降低其運輸成本,對於整體供應鏈中的成員都是有益的。在成本的分析下,供應商所提高的利潤是在零售商增加或減少訂購量後,期望可以降低供應商的總成本,則可提高折扣比率。在零售商方面因為產品價格降低,且有多種運輸組合搭配,所以零售商利用取得的折扣來降低其他成本,以使得協調後的利潤也能有所增加。

    In virtue of demand uncertainty and the transportation capacity constraining, suppliers are not capable of minimizing their transportation costs to effectively distribute products within the supply chain. Some suppliers deal with the problem by cooperating with third party distributors which, however, often has different types of transportation vehicles. Hence, how to find out an appropriate coordination mechanism in delivering orders under transportation capacity constrains. And simultaneously consider the benefits of both suppliers and retailers are a main issue for supply chains. In this paper, we proposed a single period model in which a supplier offers a single product to a retailer who faces a stochastic demand to search out the optimal discount rate after supplier coordinates with retailer. The supplier owns two different types of transportation vehicles: large-sized and small-sized. Based on the determined contracts and the proposed multiple price breaks coordination mechanism, the optimal scheme of quantity discount and transportation vehicle usage can be obtained to promote the benefits of both supplier and retailer.
