  • 由於全球化市場競爭激烈,產品推陳出新速度快,導致產品生命週期短暫,所以企業應有永續發展的遠見,並掌握未來趨勢、發展前瞻性產品以提升競爭力。前瞻性產品除了在科技應用及生產製造上有高品質的表現外,應更加考慮消費者的需求及期望。因此本研究主要針對前瞻性產品發展一套完整的產品開發方法程序,將以SET趨勢分析為起始探索未來機會點,品質機能展開法(QFD)作為主軸,整合入Kano’s Model及情境故事法以增加對於消費者需求轉換為設計需求的精確性。
    研究以未來電動車作為主題進行案例研究,首先由SET趨勢分析探索相關類型產品可能的未來走向並以開放性問卷進行潛在消費者需求的調查。接著進行情境故事的編寫繪製,並結合入Kano品質需求問卷進行調查,量化得到消費者需求之重要性分數並進行品質機能展開。最後以情境故事調整各項設計需求重要性分數以符合情境目標,作為產品開發團隊選擇前瞻技術的優先順序。研究依照方法執行的結果,發展五項關鍵模組設計規劃,並調查消費者意見以驗證方法的有效性。
    本研究之結果,可在產品開發上提供一套有系統的方法程序,消費者導向作為基礎來探索需求,並輔以視覺圖像故事化的方式更深入、更準確了解消費者的期望進而量化其重要性,達到消費者與設計開發團隊的有效溝通。

    The shortening product life cycle because of the global market competition and the new products boom continues today. Businesses should have the vision of sustainable development and control the future trends. They can enhance their competitiveness by the foresighted products developmet. In addition to the high-quality performance in technology and manufacture of the foresighted products, businesses have to pay more attention to fulfill the requirements and expectations of customers. Therefore, the objective of this research is to address a complete product developmental method and the procedures for the foresighted product. In order to explore future opportunities, this researsh use the SET trend analysis as the starting point, Quality Function Deployment (QFD) as the main method, integrated into the Kano's Model and Scenario .It can transform the customer requirements into the design requirements with higher accuracy.
    The research develops the “Future Electric Moving Vehicles” as a theme of the cases. First, we explore future trends by SET trend analysis and investigate the potential consumer reguirements (CRs) by open-ended questionnaire. Then mapping the scripts and combined into the Kano questionnaire to investigate. Quantify the importance value for QFD. Finally, adjust the importance value of design requirements (DRs) to meet the scenarios objective as the priorities of the selected foresighted technology of the product development team. According to the results of the implementation of the methods, we develop five key modules to plan and design, and survey consumer opinion to verify effectiveness of the method.
    The results of this research can provide us a systematic product development methods and procedures. Based on the constomer-oriented to explore their requirments and supplemented by the way of visual images of the story. It can deeper and more accurate understanding of constomer expectations and quantify the importance, and it can also enhance the good communication between constomer and product development teams.
