智慧電網透過資通訊與自動化科技,建置具有智慧化之發電、輸電、配電等功能的整合性電力網路,以提升電力系統運轉效率、供電品質及電網可靠度。而蒐集電力資訊到調整電力使用狀況的過程都必須仰賴通訊技術之傳輸,由此可知通訊技術及整合不同通訊協定對於智慧電網的建置極為重要。
台電的中央調度中心與各級變電所、發電廠間操作控制是以 DNP3為主要的通訊協定;在各變電所內與數據採集與監控系統(Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition, SCADA)的各設備間使用DNP3或是Modbus進行資訊的交換。目前大多數SCADA系統僅能在區域網路中使用,隨著智慧電網和物聯網的發展,物聯網中最強大的中介軟體(Middleware)之一就是資料分散式服務(Data Distribution Service, DDS),而為了實現電力資訊傳輸之通訊協定的相容性,本論文整合DNP3與Modbus協定於資料分散式服務之上,並搭配程式撰寫與人機介面設計,建構出一套電表監控系統。
Smart Grid builds an integrated power network with intelligent power generation, transmission and distribution functions to improve power system operation efficiency, power supply quality and grid reliability by information and communication technology and automation technology. Process of collecting power information to adjust the use of electricity must rely on communication technology. As a result, communication technology and integration of different communication protocols are extremely important for the establishment of smart grids. Taiwan Power Company's operational control is based on the Distributed Network Protocol(DNP3) as the main communication protocol. DNP3 or Modbus is used to exchange information between devices in the Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition(SCADA) system. At present, most SCADA systems can only be used in local area networks. With the development of the smart grid and the Internet of Things, one of the most powerful middleware is Data Distribution Service(DDS). In order to realize the compatibility of the protocol, this paper integrates DNP3 and Modbus on DDS to construct a meter monitoring system.
