苯並咔唑類(benzo[b]carbazoles)以及苯並吖啶(benzo[b]acridines)的醌類化合物擁有多種的生理活性,包含抗腫瘤、抗菌及抗病毒等作用。目前合成此兩類化合物的方法有許多,本篇論文嘗試應用氧化性自由基反應,發展出苯並咔唑類(benzo[b]carbazoles)以及苯並吖啶類(benzo[b]acridines)之醌類化合物的新合成方法。
本篇論文主要分為兩部分:第一部分為利用催化劑量硝酸銀(I)與過硫酸鉀生成的銀離子(II),與2-苯胺基-3-苯基-1,4-萘醌化合物進行氧化性自由基反應,選擇性地合成出苯並咔唑類(benzo[b]carbazoles)化合物;第二部分為利用醋酸錳(III)的氧化性自由基反應,與2-[(2』-苯乙烯基)苯胺基]-1,4-萘醌化合物作用,生成苯並吖啶類(benzo[b]acridines)化合物。
The benzo[b]carbazoles and benzo[b]acridines have been found to possess broad biological effects, including antitumor, antifungal and antivirus activities. There are many methods to synthesize benzo[b]carbazoles and benzo[b]acridines. In this thesis, we apply oxidative free radical reaction to develop a novel route for synthesis of benzo[b]carbazoles and benzo[b]- acridines.
This thesis is divided into two parts:
(1) Benzo[b]carbazoles can be selectively synthesized by the oxidative free radical reaction of 2-anilino-3-phenyl-1,4-naphthoquinone derivatives with silver (II) ion generated from the reaction with silver nitrate (I) and potassium persulfate.
(2) The oxidative free radical reactions of 2-anilino-1,4-naphthoquinones with manganese (III) acetate produce benzo[b]acridines effectively.
