施工安全問題一直以來是工程上相當重大的議題,在針對施工安全之管理,雖有制訂施工安全相關法規規範施工安全,但安全法規於專案之落實並不周全,其中主要原因之一乃工程專案之安全管理目前僅利用二維圖面與紙本資訊,對專案施工安全規劃者而言,需負荷大量資訊的轉換並容易產生遺漏,加上工程專案日益繁雜,現行之施工安全管理模式已無法滿足施工安全規劃的需求。由於目前建築資訊模型(Building Information Modeling, BIM)可提供多維度資訊及強大的擴展性,因此已有利用BIM模型增進施工安全之管理,但過去應用BIM於施工安全之管理僅透過單一BIM屬性元件執行風險預測,並未考慮專案工項與整體施工區域對施工安全造成之交互影響,也缺乏BIM模型資訊針對施工安全法規內文之辨識,有失專案施工安全管理的周全性與依據。
因此,本研究由預防墜落意外為例,建構以BIM為基礎之施工安全管理模式。以施工安全防墜管理架構為研究核心,透過BIM模型所提供之資訊,確立施工安全防墜規劃之資訊需求與管理架構,利用IDEF0資訊分析法解析結合BIM及施工安全法規之流程與相關資訊需求,並以資訊流程為導向,針對BIM與施工安全法規的整合流程,建立Rule-based之施工安全墜落預防管理模式,亦由本研究分析過程中,歸納出符合施工安全管理之BIM模型建置規則,藉此使施工安全管理模式更符合施工現況與分析邏輯,並減少資訊分析過程之資料遺失,以避免分析結果資訊不對等之情形。本研究預期透過BIM資訊模型提供之多維度資訊分析,建立快速且周全之Rule-based檢核系統,減少工程安全管理實行上之困難,建構具有效率且系統化之施工安全防墜管理模式。
Construction safety has been an important issue of the construction project for a long time. Although the government has developed safety regulations to ensure the safety at construction sites, these regulations are not usually well-executed due to poor safety management. One of the reasons is the required information originated from two dimensional drawings and documents. Consequently, the construction safety planners can’t handle the complexity of the safety information demands. It results in poor safety management. In addition, the construction project has been complicated increasingly. The current construction safety management mechanism is inadequate for the complex projects.
As the BIM model contains rich information and provides the potential of information integration, this research will utilize BIM technology to establish the requirement and management framework of construction safety planning. In addition, by integrating the information obtained from the BIM model, construction safety rules can be developed for a construction safety verified procedure. This research is expected to (1) establish a fast and complete Rule-based system-analysis and mechanism, (2) reduce the difficulty of construction safety management practicing, (3) create an efficient construction safety management system through multi-dimensional information analyses provided by BIM.
