  • 本研究旨在瞭解學生於物流管理課程中,使用物流軟體的認知與態度,對學生於課程中學習動機的影響。本研究運用科技接受模型,並加入學習動機的討論,以成功大學與高雄第一科技大學之物流相關課程的修課學生為問卷調查與訪談對象,蒐集學生對上課使用之物流軟體易用性、有用性、使用態度與學習動機的知覺感受,以變異數分析、結構方程模式分析,並以訪談分析結果深入瞭解學生在物流課程中,物流軟體使用的真實感受。。本研究發現學生對物流軟體使用的「認知有用性」和「認知易用性」會正向影響學生對物流軟體之「使用態度」 ; 學生對物流軟體的「認知易用性」正向影響學生對物流軟體使用的「認知有用性」 ; 學生對物流軟體的「使用態度」正向影響學生對物流管理課程學習之「學習動機」 ; 而本研究中影響物流軟體使用認知的外生變數-過去學習經驗,對學生之物流軟體使用認知並無顯著的影響。而本研究亦發現使用物流軟體輔助物流課程的教學,確能有助於學習者在課程中的學習動機,而課程導入物流軟體使用時,可先應用具單一功能的物流軟體,再以由淺入深的方式,利用功能較複雜的物流軟體搭配學習,讓學生得以模擬物流系統在不同配置下中長期的作業營運狀況。

    This study aims to discuss how the perspective and attitude toward using logistics software of students influences their learning motivation in the logistics curriculum. By applying the theory of Technology Acceptance Model and the education theory as learning motivation, the study involved students taking logistic related course at National Cheng-Kung University and National Kaohsiung First University of Science and Technology in Taiwan as investigation subjects. Students completed the questionnaire we designed to capture their perceptions on logistics software’s usefulness, perceptions on its ease of use, subjects’ attitudes toward using the logistics software, and their learning motivation in the logistics course. One-way ANOVA and structural equation modeling were used to analyze the data.And an interview was also conducted after the survey.
    In the analysis, structural equation modeling which was used to verify the hypotheses regarding the relationships among perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, attitude toward using logistics software, and learning motivation. According to the analyzed result, we find that perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness of using logistics software has positively significant influence on attitude toward using logistics software, and perceived ease of use has positively significant influence on perceived usefulness. Besides attitude toward using logistics software has a positively significant influence on learning motivation in logistics course. However, the hypothesis that external variables named learning experience positively affects on perceived ease of use and usefulness of using logistics software didn’t be supported. This research also finds that using logistics software can really contribute to students’ learning motivation in the logistics course. When using logistics software in the logistics course, educators can arrange the logistics software with single function for students first, and then go from the easy to the difficult by utilizing logistics software with more complicated function to enable students to simulate the logistics network in the medium and long-term operation conditions.
