商業模式為近代深入探討企業營運的方法,可認識到企業如何將價值主張傳遞至目標客層,更有助了解企業在營運過程中所需要的關鍵資源、成本結構、收益流與企業活動等多方面關鍵性元素進行分析,過去少使用服務主導邏輯的理論為基礎觀點探討企業商業模式的發展過程。
本研究以質性研究單一個案法的方式,依探討雷諾瓦國際有限公司為個案進行研究。服務主導邏輯是較新的營業思維方向,其特點是將服務為價值核心,注重於服務體驗,著重企業與使用者共同所創造的價值。與創辦人黃麗娟總經理的訪談中所得的企業發展理念,與整合過去不同時期企業與媒體所獲的訪問資料,分析出雷諾瓦如何運用服務主導邏輯特點在營商環境急速變化下,探討其企業商業模式的發展。
本研究結果發現雷諾瓦觀察出市場的變化,引入服務主導邏輯思維於企業商業模式中,讓商品提升價值。企業進行多角化產業合作,讓企業服務與不同文化創意產業進行多元化發展,共同產出商品附加價值,讓企業能克服市場快速變化的營商環境。期能有助於企業進行商業模式發展過中,導入服務主導邏輯思維增加企業市場的競爭力,維持營運優勢並能使企業永續經營。
Business model is a modern method of in-depth exploration of enterprise operations. It can recognize how enterprises deliver value propositions to target customers. It also helps to understand the key resources, cost structures, revenue streams, and corporate activities required by enterprises in the operation process. Analyze business key elements from various aspects.
In the past, the theory of service-dominant logic was rarely used to explore the development process of enterprise business models. This study uses a single case method of qualitative research and studies Renoir Co., Ltd. as a case study. Service-dominant logic is a newer business thinking direction, which is characterized by taking service as the core of value, focusing on service experience, and focusing on the value created by enterprises and users. Based on the corporate development philosophy obtained from the interview with the founder and general manager Ms. Huang Lijuan, and the integration of interview data obtained from companies and media in different periods in the past, we analyze how Renoir Co., Ltd. uses the characteristics of service-oriented logic to explore its advantages in the rapidly changing business environment to develop of corporate business models.
The results of this study found that Renoir observed the changes in the market, introduced service-led logic, enhanced the value of goods, and carried out diversified corporate cooperation, allowing corporate services and different cultural and creative industries to diversify and jointly produce value, so that companies can overcome the rapidly changing business environment in the market. It is expected to help enterprises develop their business models, introduce service-oriented thinking, increase the competitiveness of enterprises in the market, maintain operational advantages, and enable enterprises to operate sustainably.
