  • 在都市或農村地區,無論是新建築物、新社區之形成,或是舊建築物、舊社區的更新,都應將節能減碳納入目標。本研究以台南市都市計劃區內的住宅群落為對象,探討建築外殼節能設計之關鍵,以及社區公園綠地配置對於都市熱島效應與微氣候之影響。
    台灣地區建築外殼節能設計之關鍵因子在於屋頂隔熱與窗玻璃隔熱,本研究首先針對這兩則關鍵因子進行探討,搭配透天住宅常見使用情境,利用建築耗能評估軟體e-QUEST分析不同屋頂構造方式、窗玻璃材料以及遮陽板型式對於年耗能結果之影響。而後,將所得到的空調耗能推演至建築物之空調排熱,加上社區街廓內建物表面與道路之日照熱釋放來作為熱島效應之熱源項。而社區綠地則作為熱島效應之熱忱項,利用計算流體力學軟體(Computational Fluid Dynamics, CFD)分析綠地配置方式對於熱島強度與微氣候之影響。

    Nowadays, whether for urban or rural areas in Taiwan, the concept of energy conservation and carbon reduction should beconsidered before planning to build a new construction or village, renew an old building or village. The research target is urban residential village in Tainan city. The key of energy-saving design for building shell and the effects of the green layout on urban heat island and micro-climate at the community level should be discussed.
    The key factors ofenergy-saving design for building shell in Taiwan are roof and window heat insulation. The study focused to analyze the two key factorsfirst. Using e-QUEST software and residential common schedules, the effects of annual energy consumption with different roof constructions, materials of window glasses and kinds of sunshadingswere also analyzed. Then, based on the space cooling from e-QUEST output, it was converted into heat from an air conditioning. The reflection heat of solar radiation set on the buildings and roads’ surface also added, and set them to become the heat source items. The green at the community was set to be a heat sink item. Finally, usedCFD(Computational Fluid Dynamics)software to analyze the effects of the green layout on heat island strength and micro-climate.
