With the rapid development of digital technology and the impact of the pandemic, digital transformation has become a key strategy for industries to address external challenges. momo has distinguished itself in the e-commerce industry through its proactive digital transformation strategy, earning accolades for digital transformation. Additionally, momo has successfully built a value co-creation ecosystem through collaborative cooperation and resource sharing in the digital transformation process, garnering media attention for its ecosystem development.
This study takes " mo coin ecosystem " as a case study and employs a single case study method in qualitative research to deeply analyze the strategies and execution of digital transformation at momo. It is based on the theoretical frameworks of "Digital Transformation," "Ecosystem," and "Value Co-Creation" to explore how momo promotes the development of its ecosystem.
According to the analysis of this study, momo has improved internal operational efficiency and adjusted its business model through the application of digital technology. Through close cooperation with internal and external partners, it has successfully constructed a mutually beneficial mo coin ecosystem, with all participants becoming co-creators of value through resource sharing.
Finally, the study findings reveal that momo has not only enhanced its digital capabilities but also successfully transformed external challenges into opportunities. This has driven value creation and continuous innovation within the entire mo coin ecosystem, thereby enhancing collective value.
