以非破壞性檢測來評估樁基礎之完整性及施工品質已成為制式規定。其中,有關於穩態振動法相關的研究不多,本研究目的是應用穩態振動法檢測、探討含樁帽基樁長度測定之可能性。
本研究利用自行撰寫之檢測程式,來進行電腦讀取與試驗。本研究利用之前植入之PC樁加上樁帽作為試驗樁,分別進行完整樁及缺陷樁(不同幾何比例缺陷)之檢測。研究方法是使用穩態振動法,將可變換頻率之慣性起振器以及受波器放置於樁帽上,量測樁帽在連續改變頻率振動下接收到的頻率振幅變化,以進行含樁帽基樁完整性檢測。
研究結果顯示,穩態振動法有一定的準確度,雖然花費時間長,但得到的結果較脈波反應法佳。
Using non-destructive to evaluate the integrity and quality of piles is current routine for quality control. However, there are limited studies of steady-state vibration test used for this purpose. The purpose of this study is to explore the application and possibility of steady-state vibration method to determine the length of a pile with cap.
In this study, a program is coded to collect measuring data. The precast piles with different man-made defects in advance were constructed with cap. Steady-state vibration test was then used to perform the integrity testing of pile. To perform the steady-state vibration test, a shaker with varying frequencies was placed on the top of the cap. The vibrational frequencies and signals collected by sensor were transferred to computer for analysis.
The results show that steady-state vibration test has certain accuracy. It took a longer time, but the accuracy is better when comparing with impulse-response method.
