在全球永續發展潮流下,以人為本之永續、健康等議題,已成為人們於二十一世紀中的新生活模式。溫熱環境的感覺對人體健康舒適極為重要,在健康建築領域中是重要的環節之ㄧ。本研究運用SD問卷設計及「良導絡量測系統」進行溫熱對人體自律神經影響之量測,探討不同溫熱環境對高齡者生理、心理健康之影響。
本研究之實驗對象為養老中心65歲以上健康高齡長者共11人,以高齡老人住宅空間為量測地點。在室內溫度設定方面,選擇26度與30度兩組溫度、以PMV與PPD為實驗變因。在兩種溫熱環境中發現,溫熱感覺經過一段時間產生適應後,人體對溫度刺激的敏感度皆有降低情形。在溫度26.0°C度的環境中發現,PMV平均在0.42、PPD在8.8%之間,屬於舒適的範圍,可見高齡者對室溫變冷有較慢的感知;經過一段時間後,PMV與PVD皆有微幅下降,產生適應的現象。歷時30分鐘後,整體良導絡平均值下降4.2μA,可見人體在生理上對於環境溫度變冷的反應比心裡上的感知有較快的趨勢。而在溫度30.0°C度的環境中發現,PMV平均在1.8、PPD在61%之間,屬於不舒適的環境,之後PMV與PVD皆有明顯下降的趨勢,由此可推論人體對室溫較高的環境產生適應的情形較快。空調未開啟狀態下,則可發現良導絡值有先下降之後再上升的情形,整體良導絡平均值增加4.01μA,可見在心理感知上,對於環境溫度變熱比環境變冷有更快的感知;但是人體在生理反應上,對於環境溫度變熱比環境變冷在剛開始時有較慢的反應。由本研究的結果了解SD問卷及良導絡應用於室內溫熱環境評估之可行性,及了解不同溫熱環境對高齡者生理及心理之影響。
Based on the current trend toward substantial development, the topic talking about health and substantial of human factor has become a new life-style in the twenty-one centuries. The feeling of ambient temperature is very important to human being’s health and comforts. It plays a key role in health architecture field.
In this research, we use SD questionnaire and “Ryodoraku (meridian) technique” to measure the influence of ambient temperature on human autonomic nervous system, and discuss the impact of different ambient temperature on senior elders’ physiology and psychology. The subjects in this experiment were 11 healthy elders who were over 65 years old in the nursing house and the places for experiment were their own living space. In the respect of living space temperature setting, we choose 26 degree C and 30 degree C; the variables in the experiment were PMV and PPD. After this experiment, we found that the sensitivity of human body toward temperature was lowered after adopting the warm environment for a certain period of time. In the 26.0°C environment, we found that the PMV was averaged in 0.42 and the PPD in 8.8%, which was considered as a comfortable range. Therefore, we could see that the elders have a slower sensation to the decreasing temperature. After certain period of time, their PMV and PVD both decreased slightly, which showed their adoption of the environment. 30 minutes later, the overall “Ryodoraku average value” decreased with 4.2μA. Thus, we could find that the physical reaction toward decreasing temperature has a quicker response than mental consciousness. In the 30.0°C environment, we found the PMV was averaged in 1.8 and the PPD is in 61%, which was considered as a uncomfortable environment. The PMV and PVD both decreased in a considerable rate. Thus, an inference was made that human body has a quicker adoption toward a higher-temperature environment. In the environment without turning air conditioner on, we found the Ryodoraku value went up after dropping. The overall Ryodoraku average value increased in 4.01μA. It is thus evident that the mental consciousness has a quicker response toward warming environment than cooling one. But, the physical reaction towards warming environment has a slower reaction than cooling one in the beginning. The result of the research figures out that whether or not the SD questionnaire and the Ryodoraku technique are practicable to evaluate an appropriate indoor temperature and to know the influences towards the elders in environments with different temperature.
