本研究主要探討越南本土汽車產業的政經發展。東南亞是現今全球重點發展的區域，因應中美貿易戰爭和疫情的影響下，各國皆紛紛轉往東南亞進行投資，越南正是外國企業重點投資之地。且越南本身擁有的人口紅利以及政府建立的良好投資環境下，對於跨國企業在越南的發展將無可限量。汽車產業不僅僅是輕工業轉往重工業之間的橋樑、串聯民生經濟的重要管道，更是推動一個國家經濟發展的關鍵助力，但汽車產業發展的關鍵因素往往掌握在少數跨國公司手中，東南亞的國家僅能以拼裝加工廠的方式發展，故本論文想要找出是否越南可以透過本土汽車產業的建立，擺脫依賴型國家只能仰賴大國而無法自行發展的命運，以本土品牌的方式，創造非傳統模式下的汽車產業發展之路。

本文以三角關係聯盟為模型佐以相關理論，進行本土企業、政府和跨國公司三者之間的關係，探討三者的相互影響因素。找出越南汽車產業發展之三角聯盟關係的互動模式，並且分析越南本土汽車產業該如何跳脫東南亞國家加工組裝廠的一貫經營方式，以及越南知名企業Vingroup旗下的國產車品牌越快（Vinfast）發展契機為何。最後針對未來Vinfast發展的目標和動向進行討論，是否跳脫以往傳統汽車產業的道路並改以現今國際趨勢下的環保概念進行電動汽車的發展和研發。

This study focuses on the development of Vietnam's local automotive industry. Under the influence of China–United States trade war and Covid-19, all countries have moved to Southeast Asia to invest, Vietnam is the focus of foreign enterprises to invest. And Vietnam's own demographic dividend and the good investment environment established by the government will be unlimited for multinational companies to develop in Vietnam.
The automobile industry is not only the bridge between light industry and heavy industry and the important channel of people's livelihood economy, but also the key help to promote a country's economic development. But the key factors in the development of the auto industry are often in the hands of a few multinational companies, and Southeast Asian countries can only develop in the form of assembly processing plants.
Therefore, this paper wants to find out whether Vietnam can get rid of the fate of relying on big countries and not developing on its own through the establishment of the local automobile industry. With the model of Vietnam's local brands, create non-traditional model of the development of the automotive industry.
