台灣扣件群聚二大特色:一是在特定地理區域內集結了數百家業者;二是產業上、中、下游間各個價值鍊存在既競且合的模式,進而刺激了產業群聚化的程度,形成一種良性的產業循環。本研究擬以群聚效應為理論基礎,期能找出為何台灣扣件業在高度的全球競爭下和產業出走的環境下仍可持續成長的關鍵成功因素。
本研究以問卷調查方式針對扣件業者進行台灣扣件產業群聚效應下關鍵成功因素之問卷調查,而受訪者分為兩類,一是針對扣件業全體,共計108份;另一類則是扣件業管理階層,共計12份,並以層級分析法(AHP)提出以下之實證結論:
1. ΑΗΡ架構第二層三大構面,扣件業全體和管理階層的意見排序均相同:
1-1. 扣件業全體: (1)資源整合 (2)競爭優勢 (3)創新能力。
1-2. 扣件業管理階層: (1)資源整合 (2)競爭優勢 (3)創新能力。
2. AHP研究架構第三層十一項影響因素中,前五項重要性排序分別為:
2-1. 扣件業全體: (1)製程創新能力 (2)人力資源 (3)整合能力 (4)品質效率 (5)管理創新能力。
2-2. 扣件業管理階層: (1)整合能力 (2)人力資源 (3)有形資源 (4)差異化 (5)無形資源。
2-3. 扣件業全體和管理階層皆認為重要因素之排名皆在前五的因素分別為:人力資源與整合能力。
There are two characteristics with Taiwan Fasteners Industry; one is hundreds of related companies located in certain geographic areas; second is the cooperation and competition supply value chain. Both inspire the industry clustering and as a good result for growth of the industry. As today, the industry is under the circumstances as; high global competition and continuous industry movement to overseas. It is the intention of this research to find out the key success factors of Taiwan Fasteners Industry as what and how to keep industry growing.
This research is based on Taiwan Fasteners Industry under two groups; one is Industry All, total 108 questionnaires, and another is Industry Management, total 12 questionnaires. The results of this research by the method of AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) are:
1. The ratings of the second level of AHP are:
1-1. Industry All: (1)resources integration (2)competitive advantage (3)innovation capability.
1-2. Industry Management: (1)resources integration (2)competitive advantage (3)innovation capability.
2. The top five among the eleven factors of the third level of AHP are:
2-1. Industry All: (1)processes innovation capability (2)human resource (3)integration capability (4)quality efficiency (5)management innovation capability.
2-2. Industry Management: (1)integration capability (2)human resource (3)tangible resource (4)differentiation (5)intangible resource
2-3. From the top five, both Industry All and Industry Management come to the same opinions are; human resource and integration capability.
