在高度競爭的經營環境下,追求顧客滿意是企業經營中非常重要的環節,也因此「品質」即佔有不可或缺的地位,品質提升所產生的附加價值,往往也都是高於公司成本的上升,且由專家及過去的經驗指出,品質管理活動在績效與競爭優勢之強化上佔有非常重要的地位。然而品質管理發展至今所衍生出的品質活動項目眾多,效用與所必須付出的成本與資源不一,企業欲執行品質活動必須以企業之目標為出發點,並考量企業本身條件的種種限制,遴選出適用之品質活動,以達期望效益,並且避免企業資源的浪費及成本的提升。因此有效益地選擇合適的品質活動,以適用於企業並滿足企業對品質之需求,便為一重要課題。本研究旨在建立一品質活動遴選決策模式,提供決策者一有效益的遴選模式,作為選擇執行品質活動之參考,協助決策者進行決策。本文考量成本因素、資源限制以及品質管理活動的影響,同時在於達成之目標要求與環境限制下,建構其決策模式。即以多目標決策方法,依不同的決策需求建構因應之模式,進而以一範例驗證模式,根據實證結果進行分析探討,說明模式的應用並且證實模式的可用性。本研究所提出的模式確實能依決策需求與環境限制,求得一組最適的品質管理活動方案組合,提供給決策者作為決策之依據。
