This research investigates how agribusinesses navigate resource constraints and market uncertainties through inter-organizational relationships and network strategies. Using JiaQuan Fruit and Vegetable Production Cooperative as a case study, this qualitative research employs in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and secondary data analysis to trace a nearly thirty-year development trajectory. The study reveals that organizational resilience and competitive advantage emerge through dynamic network interactions across three developmental stages: network emergence, deepening, governmental collaboration. Findings demonstrate that resource dependence can be strategically managed, dependencies transformed into relational assets, and network positions actively constructed through trust-building, standard internalization, and policy engagement. This research enriches resource dependence theory and network perspectives in agricultural contexts, offering strategic insights for agribusiness sustainability.
