本研究工作之目的是以有限元素法及電磁理論為基礎,應用模擬軟體COMSOL v3.5以建置變電所接地網之模型。並以該模型之AC/DC模組,模擬分析變電所接地網系統發生接地故障時,探討變電所基地內及其圍籬附近地表電位分佈之變化與影響,以提供更安全之變電所接地網之規劃與設計。模擬分析結果顯示,針對基地內之地表電位分佈是否符合安全標準規範,本模型所計算之接地電阻值與IEEE std 80-2000之接地電阻之計算結果,其差異值均在6.5%以內。另外,針對變電所鄰近圍籬接觸電壓之安全性分析,其結果顯示,若採高電阻係數之碎石層,可改善人員感電之危險。例如,本文模擬採用新材料E-stone,可提高地面人員的電壓容忍值,以避免感電之虞。
The objective of this work is to build a software simulation model to facilitate the design of substation grounding grids. The proposed model is based on finite element method, related electromagnetic theory, and simulation software COMSOL v3.5. Taking advantage of AC/DC modules, the model can calculate the surface potential distribution of a substation grounding grid, inside and around the security fence. Numerical simulation results show that the differences of earth resistance values, inside the substation, between proposed model and IEEE std 80-2000 are within 6.5%. In addition, for safety analysis of touch voltage around the station security fence, numerical results show that personnel’s risk of electric shock could be improved, if high resistant gravel layer is adopted. For example, our simulation shows that using new material such as E-Stone could potentially increase the voltage tolerance level of ground personnel.
