  •   現今的市場競爭激烈,產品不斷的推陳出新,而每一樣產品也都針對不同的需求有所區隔,但所推出的產品是否能滿足顧客需求便是企業能否生存的重要課題。為了能對市場的變化做出快速且適當的回應,由顧客所獲得的資訊、其他競爭者及企業本身於市場上的表現等市場資訊逐漸受到重視,將這些資料分析運用得宜,對於產品的開發、設計、改良有相當大的助益。但在企業資源有限的情況下,要提昇品質達成顧客的需求,提高顧客的滿意度,是一個值得深入探討的課題。

      品質機能展開(QFD)為企業廣泛運用的產品開發工具。而在品質機能展開的過程中,需要考量到許多因素,如成本、技術困難度、顧客滿意度等,為一個多個目標相互衝突與矛盾的問題。另一方面,也考量語意模糊、成本與技術非線性的問題,在有限的資源與目標衝突的限制之下,協助決策者尋求最佳的解決方案。本研究考慮專家意見的模糊性質,以非線性之多目標規劃,整合QFD 四階段,希望能藉此方法將減少各階段間的衝突,並求能夠更快速、更有效率達到新產品的開發與品質改良之目的。
