With the advance of mobile devices and information technology, individuals try to integrate credit card and cash into mobile devices, which promotes the mobile payment. Mobile payment providers develop many payment methods and look for partnership with stores to enhance the efficiency of transaction process mechanism in recent years in Taiwan. Nowadays, Taiwanese consumers gradually recognize mobile payment, and their usage rate indicates the potential development of mobile payment in Taiwan. This study extends technology accept model with two constructs, in which the personal innovation and perceived enjoyment are used to investigate the individuals’ tendency to use mobile payment in Taiwan. The mediation analysis using SmartPLS 3.0 is performed to analyze the data collected from 366 respondents. The results indicate that the perceived enjoyment has more mediator effects than the other constructs. According the results, some management implications are considered to motivate and encourage individuals to adopt the mobile payment.
