  • ERP II專案計劃範圍廣泛,企業必須投入各部門人員參與進行,而專案成員大多來自不同的部門及專業領域,因此在團隊合作的衝突上,相較以往的其他小規模團隊在合作上更增添複雜度。本研究主要探討,衝突解決滿意度與團隊合作行為之間的關係,以及對整體ERP II 專案計畫績效的影響。

    本研究研究對象為國內曾經導入ERPII的企業,以專案的主要成員,包括專案經理、小組負責人為研究對象,採問卷調查法,探討團隊合作過程中,曾經發生不同類型衝突的頻率與解決程度,衝突的解決滿意度對團隊的適應能力、信任及付出等合作行為的影響,進而影響整體專案計畫團隊的績效。

    資料收集以一個團隊為單一個樣本,用以驗證研究模型及研究假說。一個合格的樣本為己導入ERPII專案計畫的團隊,由專案計畫負責人(program mangers)及任一位參與此計劃的部門經理(functional managers)所回答的二份問卷所組成。問卷設計成兩種版本,分別發給專案計畫負責人及專案小組負責人,藉以避免共同方法變異(CMV)所帶來的偏誤。問卷總共發放500家企業,回收有效問卷為157家,有效回收率31.4%。研究結果發現團隊成員間因為信任所以願意相互付出,也因為衝突解決的滿意度高,團隊成員願意調整自己去協助其他的成員。

    Due to its complexity and interdependence, conflicts among projects within an ERPII implementation program are unavoidable and must be resolved. The aim of this study is to examine the relationship between conflict resolution satisfaction and teamwork behavior on the ERPII program performance.

    A questionnaire survey, in which an enterprise system implementation program is treated as the unit of analysis, is adopted to test the proposed research model. Respondents include program mangers and key functional managers to avoid the common method bias.

    A total of 157 samples were collected. The results shown that conflict resolution satisfaction plays an important role for teamwork behaviours among key program members. Program members would adjust their behaviors to accommodate others and assist other members to complete their projects when the conflict resolution were satisfied by the key program members. Conflict resolution satisfactory was also positively associated with the levels of trust among team members. Finally, the levels of teamwork behaviours were related to the final program outcomes.
