  • 由褐根菌造成之褐根病是台灣樹林最重要禍害之一。本研究主要探討由山林土壤採集之野生混合菌及其篩選出的純種放線菌對褐根菌之抑制機制。研究發現,野生混合菌及純種放線菌皆對褐根菌有抑制效果,且野生混合菌之抑制效果優於純種放線菌。此結果與野生混合菌放線菌素D之產量為純種放線菌之3倍相符。

    Brown root rot caused by Phellinus noxius is one of the most important root diseases of woody trees in Taiwan. The research is mainly investigating the wild mix fungus collecting from wooded mountain soil and the suppressed effect of actinomyces to Phellinus noxius sifted from it. The research discovers that both wild mix fungus and actinomyces have suppresses the effect,and the wild mix fungus to suppress the effect wildly to surpass the actinomyces. This result and output of the wild mix fungus actinomycin D third time of match cases for the actinomyces.
