橡膠發泡產品為許多成品所必須使用之材料,例如鞋子、3C電子產品袋子、運動器材、工業用保溫材、潛水衣及護具等等。近年來隨著市場對各種產品綠色指令要求日趨嚴謹,也直接對台灣橡膠發泡業產品研發造成問題----即以原有研發創新網絡並無法有效解決產品研發問題。
本研究以南良實業股份有限公司為實證案例,探討原創新網絡因應綠色指令所產生之研發難處,並搜集相關學者對創新網絡之理論及參考Steve Conway & Fred Steward (1998)所建立之創新網絡模型(Focal Action-Set Template),再研擬出一適合案例公司之新創新網絡,並進行產品研發實證。最終分析比較新舊創新網絡之差異。
經研究分析新舊創新網絡內部後具有以下結論:
1.企業內部為面臨綠色指令,研發單位直接設立綠色管理師,有助於同時解決綠色指令及技術規範問題。
2.綠色產品認證:企業內部研發單位須與外部驗證單位連結以同時進行產品認證及綠色認證。
3.企業為解決綠色指令問題,須導向開放式創新,尋求外部學者及專業機構協助,並進而建立與企業外部連結之創新網絡。
4.因應新創新網絡,企業內部須重建產品開發流程並建立技術知識庫。
Rubber sponges are the necessary ingredients in many finished products, such as shoes, 3C bags, sport equipments, industry insulation materials and supports and so on. Recently, the demands of green directives are getting stricter in various products and markets. This also brings about impact to the development of Rubber Sponge products in Taiwan, that is, the original R&D innovation network in not effective enough to solve the product development problems.
This study investigated the R&D problems of the original innovation network in facing the new network, using Nam Liong Enterprise Co., Ltd. As an example. Moreover, we surveyed the theory of innovation network reported by related scholars and refereed the Facal Action-Set Template model established by Steve Conway’s and Fred Steward’s(1998) to propose a proper new innovation network suitable for the company(Nam Liong). The new innovation network has also been confirmed in real product development. Finally, the new innovation network was analyzed and compared with old one to elucidate the characteristics of the new innovation network.
As a result of the analysis, the characteristics of the new innovation network have been summarized as follows:
1.Green management engineers are directly introduced to the R&D department to face the green directive, which is helpful in solving the problems of the green direvtive and technical rules simultaneously.
2.The R&D department of a firm needs to connect with external certification organizations to simultaneously proceed the product and green certification.
3.To solve the problems of the green directive the firm has to adopt an open innovation system; acquired technical support from external scholars and institutions to further establish an innovation network with effective external connection.
4.The firm has to re-establish the process of product develop and set up technology knowledge pool to face the new innovation network.
