公車運行的績效指標,各縣市政府近年來於公車動態系統相關招標案不斷要求公車到站準點率以及行車班距、車距的監控,無非就是要達到公車運行上時間與空間的一致性要求。在時間的一致性上具體的呈現則是路線整體旅行時間以及各候車站到站時間的一致性,增加民眾對搭乘公車的可預測性與信任;在空間的一致性上則是路線上穩定的車流量,避免候車站上各路線的車輛堵塞,增加公車運行的效能。對客運業者而言,可降低公車因堵車的油耗進而節能減碳,車輛的調度因穩定的效能得到最佳化,對政府主管單位而言,則道路的效能可因此而提升。
本研究欲透過公車專用道優化控制系統,建置一以資通訊技術為基礎的公車專用道控制系統(Information and Communication Technology based Bus Control System, ICTB-BC system)來降低尖峰流量的堵塞、實現班次準點控制與車輛列車化控制,達到公車專用道上的公車運行在時間與空間上的一致性,並分析系統優化前後的
改善效益。
The city governments smart bus related projects constantly asked all project tenders the bus operation performance indicators including the rate of exactly arrival time, time schedule interval, the distance between buses…, etc. in recent years. All the performance indicators are to achieve consistency requirements on the bus arrival time and space.
The consistency of bus travel time is presented the overall travel time for each bus and bus stop arrival time consistency. The consistency of bus travel time can increase people’s trust on the willing to take buses; the consistency of the space is on a stable path traffic to avoid traffic jams on the stations and along the road in order to increase the effectiveness of bus operation. For bus operators, space consistency can reduce fuel consumption and carbon reduction due to the traffic jam and the dispatching of buses can achieve optimization due to stable performance of the best.
For this study, the Information and Communication Technology based Bus Control System (ICTB-BC system) reduces clogging peak flow, achieves frequency punctual train and vehicle control. ICTB-BC system had been proved that the bus runs consistency on bus exclusive lane in time and space. The effectiveness of before & after optimization analysis is also proved in this study.
