  •   本實驗使用已證實具有保護自由基性質之己內醯胺,和可快速產生自由基之促進劑進行二段式的聚合反應。在聚合過程中必須在第一階段加入少量的單體驅使反應進行並且使系統在第二階段進行活性自由基聚合反應,另外利用目前相當熱門的Maldi-Tof Mass質譜儀鑑定其尾端基的結構,確定己內醯胺的確存在於高分子鏈末端,避免具有活性的自由基失活。並研究在不同環境(溶劑極性、反應溫度)下己內醯胺對自由基之保護所造成的影響。另外選擇了Succinimide來當自由基的保護劑,探討其動力學、反應速率式。最後利用二段式聚合法合成了團鏈共聚合物高分子,應用於高分子摻混,產生均勻的微相分離。

      ε-caprolactam was proven to have a utility to protect free radical from dead. ADVN is a traditional free radical initiator which can rapidly porducefree radical. A novel polymerization , two-step polymerization , by using ADVN andε-caprolactam is presented in this study. A few monomer have to be used for driving reaction at first step and carry out living free radical polymerization during second step. Besides, using a popular instrument , Maldi-Tof Mass , identify the structure of polymer chain end. The effect on radical protection by ε-caprolactam in different situation is discussed. In addition , choosing Succinimide to protect radical and probing into its kinetics. Finally , well-defined block copolymers were successfully synthesized by two-step polymerization and apply to polymer blend. And it cause microphase separation uniformly.
