本論文以生長於安平潮間帶的原生種紅樹林科植物 五梨跤 作為研究對象，企圖找尋合適於安平大風景意象的當代新形式住宅。以下分成兩個部份，其一為五梨跤的研究，其二為履鋒東村的社區規劃以及交層公寓與連棟街屋的設計。五梨跤的部分，觀察紀錄五梨跤之生成，了解其生長邏輯。並以模型操作進行一系列的空間演練，藉此熟悉其規則並試探新形式的可能性，之後進入基地，進行規劃與設計的操作。選擇安平履鋒東村作為規劃的基地，提出 漂浮流動 這個對土地的看法，對建築與土地的關係進行新的詮釋。同時回應基地自身的議題，恢復舊有的河道紋理，與過去的歷史遺址進行對話。最後選擇一座塔、一條連棟，進行設計的操作，證明該形式之可行性。對五梨跤的研究、移植，提供給建築新的可能性，無論是在形式上或是空間上，同時亦啟發我們對土地的新觀念、對都市空間的新想像。

This thesis is trying to look for new form of housing which can suit for the image of great view in An-ping, by studying Rhizophora mucronata Lam - the indigenous mangrove growing in the intertidal region of An-ping.The following are two parts,one is the study of the mangrove, another is the planning of community combined with terraced house and condominum design.First is to comprehend the generating progress of the mangrove and its logic of growth, than being acquaintance of the rules and testing the possibility of new type via a series of practicing in models.Second is to advance a new concept " floating " as a perspective to Lyu-Fong-Dong village, which is taken as the planning site, offering the novel description to the relationship between architecture and site, at once responding the site itself though the way of recovering the pattern of the river and building the connection to the historical relics.At last is to select terraced house and condominum as design project to prove the practicability of this form. By doing the research, it is found that a new probability of architecture has being given, formally or spatially, and at the same time providing us the novel conception to the land and novel imagination to cities.
