  • 隨著網際網路的發展日新月異,社會型態邁向科技與資訊化,進而改變了使用產品或是服務的運作模式,運用物聯網的結合對各個領域的發展都有不小的助益,然而水能載舟,亦能覆舟,採用創新的共享服務系統獲得龐大商機的同時也伴隨著社會負面衝擊的產生,如本研究的案例-共享機車,便利的使用方式更加彰顯了使用者心理的幽暗角落,產生了社會負面衝擊,破壞市容與侵占空間的爭議,如何在企業產品服務設計開發階段將這些負面行為納入考量並營造良好社會環境,將是創新的共享服務系統須面對的課題。
    本研究主要研究目前共享服務系統對全球造成的負面衝擊現象,透過文獻回顧,分析負面現象為何種負面行為構成,採用計畫行為理論(Theory of planned behavior, TPB)與整合行為理論(Integrated Behavior Model , IBM)剖析使用者負面行為更多的心裡因素層面,並從整合行為理論的定義延伸出新科技對行為產生的影響可更深入討論,以台灣使用共享機車的灰色地帶停車行為的案例研究,找到促使使用者執行負面行為的心理因素。結果表明,TPB態度、知覺行為控制對行為意圖有影響,IBM中的行為意圖與習慣與對灰色地帶停車行為有顯著影響,另外在科技對行為的影響則是信賴度與責任規範對行為意圖有顯著影響,同時發現使用者行為具有在地性、習性與文化特性,最後由這些獨特性質為開發者在創新設計時提供了相關的改善建議措施。
    本研究運用現象歸納行為,找到負面行為的心理因素,並藉由使用者運用新科技的新行為對症下藥,產生創新的系統改善建議,解決共享服務系統面臨社會公平的阻礙,並期許開發者把造成使用者負面行為的現象視為己任,共同降低社會負面衝擊,營造良善之永續社會。

    The objective of this study is to through statistical analysis of significant results, product developers are given strategic advice on service innovation, and avoid or reduce the negative social impact. Reached the 12th UN Sustainable Development Goal: Responsible Consumption and Production.
    This study aims at the negative impact of the current shared service system on the world. Through literature review, it analyzes what negative behavior constitutes the negative phenomenon, and uses Theory of planned behavior (TPB) and Integrated Behavior Model (IBM) to analyze the negative behavior of users. Factors, and extend the definition of integrated behavior theory to the impact of new technology on behavior can be discussed in more depth, with a case study of Taiwan’s gray zone parking behavior using shared locomotives. The results show that attitude, perceptual behavior control, trustworthiness and responsibility attribution have an impact on behavioral intentions, behavioral intentions and habits have a significant impact on gray zone parking behaviors, and finally these unique properties provide developers with relevant information in innovative design Suggested measures for improvement.
