  • 在自然資源愈來愈缺乏的時代,各種原物料也愈顯珍貴,人類對於環保的議題逐漸重視,資源回收概念也漸漸深入到所有人的生活中,這樣的潮流使資源回收業的產值逐年提高且成為近年的明星產業。台灣的資源回收業者也因為過去政府一直採取開放與鼓勵的政策,導致現在國內資源回收市場呈現飽和的狀況,業者亟需朝海外市場佈局,以維持其競爭地位。而面對全球這股環保風潮,國內資源回收業者該如何進入海外市場、進而建立、運用其競爭優勢制定策略成為該海外市場領導者,變成一個重要的課題。本研究期望藉由資源基礎理論的觀點,以分析企業資產與能力為基礎,進而培養企業之核心資源與競爭力,進而產生更持久性的競爭優勢,並擬定最佳的企業競爭策略,以達資源回收業者成長之目標。
    本研究以個案研究法,針對個案公司各階段之發展歷程,進行探討及分析,了解其如何建立競爭優勢。研究結果發現,其經營策略是以核心資源和競爭優勢為基礎,從而建立與產業間的聯結,同時再檢視產業環境、自身資源等來強化優勢、修正或發展經營策略,形成一個良性的循環體系,使能達到其策略目標。而本研究亦依據研究分析之結論,對於個案公司之競爭優勢建立及未來相關研究提出建議。

    In the era of lacking nature resources, the raw materials are getting precious; these factors lead human beings increasing emphasis on environmental protection issues and take good care of the only earth. Resource Recycling concept also has gradually deep into everyone's life as a result. This trend makes recycling industry output value increased every year and become a star industry in recent years. In the past, the government has been adopting a policy of openness and encouragement on resource recycling industry, leading the domestic resource recycling a saturated market condition now, the industry layout need towards overseas markets in order to maintain its competitive position. Facing with this global green wave, the followings become an important issue for the domestic resource recycling industry: how to enter overseas markets, and how to use their competitive advantage developing strategies and become the market leader. This study is based on resource-based theory perspective to analyze firm’s assets and capacity, and to cultivate core resources and competitiveness of enterprises, and thus produce a more sustainable competitive advantage, and to develop the best competitive strategy to reach resource recovery industry growth goal.
    The research is based on case study method, to understand how the case company builds their competitive advantage during the various stages of the development process. The result indicates that it’s business strategy is based on using their core resources and competitive advantage to establish the link between industries, in the meantime, through observing the industrial environment and viewing the advantages of their own resources, they can strengthen、amend or develop the best business strategy accordingly. With this virtuous circle, the case company can achieve it’s strategy goal.
