近年高速公路路段逐漸試行採用多孔隙瀝青混凝土(Porous Asphalt Concrete, PAC)替代開放級配摩擦層(Open Graded Friction Course, OGFC),並且以石膠泥瀝青混凝土(Stone Mastic Asphalt, SMA)取代密級配瀝青混凝土(Dense Graded Asphalt Concrete, DGAC)鋪築路面;本研究分別評估與分析PAC及SMA鋪築於高速公路上之績效表現,於PAC路段進行透水量、噪音量和車轍量等現地試驗,SMA路面現地檢測包含車轍量和Clegg衝擊試驗,另鑽心試體進行回彈模數及間接張力試驗;國道3號檢測路段之平坦度、抗滑度數據及雨天鋪築前後肇事事故數據皆由高公局中區養護工程分局提供;經收集、分析、歸納現場數據後,評估PAC及SMA鋪面之功能性、耐久性及安全性等績效。鋪築前透水量小於規範值,鋪築後透水量明顯提昇,顯示PAC具有較佳透水性,且各檢測點位鋪築後車轍量降低,整體而言皆遠低於輕級車轍12.5mm,顯示PAC耐久性佳;現地檢測結果說明SMA經鋪築後,各點位皆遠低於輕級車轍12.5mm且皆低於5 mm,代表SMA具有抗車轍變形的能力,且Clegg衝擊值皆大於70,表示鋪面整體結構強度及路基承載力尚佳;透過長期現場數據的蒐集與分析,可作為提升高速公路鋪面績效及道路主管機關養護作業之參考。

In recent years, the highway section has gradually tried to replace the Open Graded Friction Course(OGFC) with Porous Asphalt Concrete (PAC), and replaced the Dense Graded Asphalt Concrete(DGAC) with Stone Mastic Asphalt (SMA). This study separately evaluated and analyzed the performance of PAC and SMA paved on the expressway, and conducted local tests such as permeability, noise volume and rutting on the PAC section, SMA on-site inspection of the road surface includes the rutting amount and the Clegg impact test, and the other core test piece is used for the resilient modulus and the indirect tensile tests; the IRI and anti-sliding data of the highway No. 3 inspection section and the Equivalent Property Damage Only (EPDO) data before and after the rainy day paving are all provided by the CENTRAL REGION BRANCH OFFICE FREEWAY BUREAU,MOTC; after collecting, analyzing, and summarizing the site data, evaluate the performance, functionality ,durability, and safety of PAC and SMA pavement.The amount of water permeation before paving is less than the standard value, and the water permeability after paving is obviously improved, indicating that the PAC has better water permeability, and the amount of rutting is reduced after each inspection point is paved, which is lower than the light rut 12.5mm. It shows that the PAC has good durability; the local test results show that after the SMA is paved, the points are far lower than the light rut 12.5mm and both are less than 5 mm, which means that the SMA has the ability to resist rutting deformation, and the Clegg impact value is greater than 70, indicating that the overall structural strength of the pavement and the subgrade bearing capacity are still good; through the collection and analysis of long-term on-site data, it can be used as a reference for improving the performance of expressway pavement and the maintenance work of the road authority.
