本文為建立機車在駐車並引擎怠速的情況下,機車車架的有限元素模型,作模態分析和簡諧分析並與實驗的數據作比較與驗證,探討誤差的原因,得到其機車車架之有限元素模型。
之後在曲柄軸之重心施加一不平衡力,利用模態疊加法取得手把之頻率響應圖,並求出在引擎怠速的頻率範圍中的共振頻率。
The finite element model of the motorcycle’s frame in the state of parking and idle speed is built in the research. The results from modal analysis showed the accuracy of this finite element model.
By setting the force of imbalance on the crank shaft of the engine, we obtained the harmonic frequency response and resonance frequency in the range of the idle speed of engine with the mode superposition method..
